During the hey day of the Hudson the factory beginning in July 1949 started sending out Hudson Merchandisers which contained updates about the cars and sales and maintenance tips. It was amazing what they actually put in those 6-8 page pamphlets. Even tips on how to arrange the cars in your garage for the best appearance to the customer.
During my readings I found mention of a Canadian Hudson dealer in Edmonton Alberta. Healey Motors Limited. Mr. Andre Pelletier is listed as the service manager. He reports that Healey Motors was planning a Hudson training school for 20 mechanics and 6 body men.
I think Healey Motors is now Healey Ford and the down town dealership looks old enough to have been around in May 1952 when the article appeared. I hope I can find someone who remembers the Hudson days. Maybe I will get a story.

This is about the Healy Hudson Dealership, if my menory service me correctly my Dad said that Healy was the Hudson Dealership in Edmonton in the early 50's but it swung over to Ford before the Hudson name went down and I think this letter from Mr Pelletier probably was in reference to the personel that would be required to operate a Ford dealership. Dad also mention of another dealership called Dominion Motors, this could be the Ford Dealer that lost it's franchise to Healy or it sold Hudsons to the end of the Hudson/Nash name. There is also the posibility that Devonian Motors which sold American Motors products is also connected.
The building on the northside of Jasper Ave which Healy Motors is in could be the old Burrows Motors building which sold Chrysler products in the 50's
I hope this is some help
